Refund policy

 Damage 

If clear damage has been done to a product we have sent out to you, we are happy to send a replacement. Email us at estusceramics@gmail.com with photo evidence of damage and a description of the parcel and we will review the order and get back to you ASAP. The same policy applies if you receive an item that does not match your order.

Returns and Refunds

We currently do not accept any form of returns or refunds. If you do have any issues with our product you can contact us at estusceramics@gmail.com with any inquires and we will see what we can do.
