Shipping information

Once you have placed an order with us your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.

New Zealand

We currently have a flat rate shipping cost of $15. Please allow 2-5 Business days for you package to arrive.

Local pick up is also available at checkout. Your order should be ready to pickup within 24 hours. An email will be sent when it is ready to collect.

Australia

We currently have a flat rate shipping cost of $30. Please allow 3-10 Business days for your package to arrive.

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or import clearance.

International

We are currently not offering shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia.

Tracking 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel with the courier in real time. Visit the courier’s website or use the tracking link provided to check your shipment status.
